Call for Agenda Items – Highland Park Neighborhood Meeting – July 15th
Our next Neighborhood Meeting will be on July 15th at 6:30pm. The meeting will take place at the Grace Center (5th Street Baptist Church). If you have items for the agenda, please send to highlandparkrva.org by July 3.

Upcoming Discussions on 3103 2nd Ave Special Permit
The City is reviewing a Special Permit Request for 3103 2nd Ave. The permit is to allow for special features for a two-family dwelling. You can find out more in the application documents, available online. Tentatively, the Planning Commission will discuss on July 1, and City Council will discuss on July 28.
