The City Planning Commission will not meet tonight (June 17th) instead, if you are interested in the Special Use Permit request proposed for 3200 2nd Ave that is now scheduled for July 1. Stay tuned for additional updates.
A new SUP is proposed for 3007 Letcher. The proposal is to add 3 additional single family units (keeping the 1 unit that exits now). You can read more about the proposal online. The SUP is scheduled to be heard at the BZA Meeting at City Hall – 1pm on Aug 6.
